JPMorgan Chase is a global finance company with over 250,000 employees in 60 countries—and not all of them majored in finance. They need people from many different backgrounds, so we helped them create a recruitment campaign targeting everyone from science geeks to liberal arts majors. It was a complete departure in its look and feel and is currently running on campuses, social media channels and in OOH from Glasgow to Asia and all around the world.

We helped JPMC develop a separate campaign for tech recruitment, as the importance of hiring the best and brightest has shifted into the highest gear. The campaign has its own graphic look and speaks to coders and engineers in their own language. It’s currently running in digital and social media channels and OOH worldwide.
